We worked with Executive mortgage to purchase a new home a few years back and had an awful experience. We end up homeless for 3 days when we were supposed to close on the same day as our previous home and after that almost had the entire deal fall through due to some unmentioned documents that were supposed to be signed that we didn't know about. Everything was in the moving truck, we had to purchase clothing & toiletries. We were put up in a hotel however it was the same weekend as a bowling tournament. We had our 2 year old with us and got woken up all hours of the night by drucken men running up and down the hallways. Lost the weekend to move & all our help that was lined up. And we worked with the owner.
