Landmark Credit Union in Grafton, WI

They decided to gouge me and charge $5 (!) for every time I wanted a print out of my recent banking activity. I had set up a business account with them as a trial as I was looking around for banks at the time. Naturally, this meant I would want to check my transfers from Ebay and Amazon to my account, to see that they cleared. My wife and I would have moved all of our savings to this bank had they been pleasant and not tried to punish me for wanting a paper print out every other week, which I doubt cost them even a stinking nickel in paper and ink. I tried to reason with them, but they just held firm. Banking is all about building relationships over the years and decades. I guess when we are looking for a home loan they won't get our business either. Also, the staff was VERY rude here and scoffed at me.

Was a long time member at this branch but now the staff was VERY rude. Even when I talked asked to manager... Went in 2 time and over last couple months and had bad experience both times. I am now switching banks.

these ppl cant seem to make themselves available for anyone, rude looks down their noses is what you get here. srry but 20 banks in a rocks distance. you get paid to help yer customers, not to make them feel like a chore cause you had to stand up. Maybe they used to work at the DMV, same atmosphere.

I have not had had the problems the other reviewers seem to have had. I made the switch from commercial banks, and have not had a problem. Keep up the good work.

It is incredible frustrating working with this company as they do not have phone numbers for each branch. If you want to call the branch you are working with or a person you are working with you get stuck with calling Landmark Credit Unions call center. Yesterday I called, trying to get in touch with the Grafton branch. I was informed of how there is no direct line to that location, and surprise the call center could not answer my questions, only who I was working with and the branch that I was working with could. So the call center tried to transfer my call to the Grafton branch where no one answered. The lady over the phone at the call center was very nice, but was not able to help me (As a customer of your company, you have now wasted my time and efforts, leaving me not happy) This morning I tried to call again, and asked the lady over the phone at the call center, why is this how it is with Landmark, that they do not have direct phone numbers for each of their branches? I received a general response that did not answer my question, and when I said that doesn’t answer my question, I got a very sassy and rude response from the call center lady. She had an attitude for duration of our phone call. (Again, not happy as a member!) This call center worker was able to track down who I was looking for at the Grafton branch and tried to transfer me,.. but of course they are not in until later today. So I wait,. What should be a quick, I’ll give the bank a call,.. has turned into a few days of calling all around and waiting. Not good customer service. As a member, I would love to have a phone number for each branch.
