Associated Bank in Grafton, WI

This bank branch has an incompetent branch manager who is not all in the know. She thinks she is, as when I went to open an account a year ago or so and she pointed her finger in my face and told me that I had to open a specific account, use it a certain way, and this was all for my own good & best interest. Long story short, after all the running around the bank made me do, and gather all this specific paper work they said I needed, they were informed from social security they were wrong. Just as I had tried to tell them, that all of what they were asking me to do, I had never had to do before with opening a bank account that was receiving social security benefits. The action of the manager pointing her finger at me in my face as I sat in a chair and she stood, was incredibly degrading. Completely unprofessional, and rude. They wasted SO much of my time and energy with telling me I had to have all this specific paper work. The manager never said she was sorry, nor did the manager who opened the account for me.

This is a wonderful bank I've been going here for 15+ years staff is courteous and always helpful.
