Landmark Credit Union in Franklin, WI

I have been a member of Landmark for years and have always been satisfied! Tellers are polite, informative, and knowledgeable, while other employees are always helpful and flexible. I usually bank at the Franklin branch (inside of PicknSave) and all employees seem to enjoy their jobs and actually get to know their members on a first name basis. Rates aren't fantastic at any financial in today's day in age, but Landmark's far surpass those of other neighboring banks. I will be a Landmark member for life!

Great rates and people

Worst, most unprofessional banking experience I've ever had. They have made mistakes with my deposits and withdrawals, charged me for things that had nothing to do with me, and barely know their own practices. They don't know what they are doing and it amazes me that this company is allowed to handle peoples' money. This "CU" also uses the same practices the banks were sued for a few years back.
