Verve, a Credit Union in Fond du Lac, WI

Usually I have a good experience. My number one pet peeve is when someone on the phone says things like "well, sorry, we can't help you." Or "well, you can ask someone else, but I can't help you." Nick is extremely unprofessional, not accomodating and doesn't make you feel valued. Which is unfortunate because Kim and Rita are great. My situation was that I have been told I will be able to get my co-signer off once I make 6 months of on time payments, when I told him who had told me that, he said "you can check with them." Not "let me talk with them and make sure we are all on the same page." So, here I am, doing Nicks job, because he doesn't have time to do so. Super disappointed, as they have been my car loan credit union for four years. That means nothing to them.

We were able to refinance both our cars with an amazing rate that no other bank would even get close to offering us. We were very impressed with how great they treated us and would greatly recommend this great bank.

Been working with them for a 3-4 years now, they are always very helpful. If you don't know something they will do their best to always understand and help you fully. My go to person for loans is Stephanie, she is absolutely awesome.

Just spoke with a member service representative named Jolene about some unknown charges to my account.. amazing customer, and resolved all of my issues in a matter of minutes. I have never regret switching to this bank, the employees are always so kind and will do anything to help you out.. I wish I could do more than 5 stars!!

This was my 1st time getting a loan.. and I was very happy with the results.. very helpful staff.. dogs are welcomed to come in.. since there's treats and a doggy water bowl.. best place to come to with the whole family
