I took time off work because I HAD to sit with the banker to close my checking account. 1.5 months later I receive a statement from said "canceled" account showing that I OWED THEM $$$. I called in and they told me my account is still open and I have to meet with the banker AGAIN to close it all over again. Complete B.S.

$3.00 per transaction for non-members. That's a bit pricey. The ACB bank in town charges $1.50 per transaction.

Back in the 1st of November my brother applied for a lean release for his car, so he can ultimately change the title over to me. They claim it was only going to be two weeks. Now its almost thanksgiving and I'm still waiting on it.

After waiting to see about setting up a account they have 1 person who can do it. Was told he is with a customer then he goes to lunch then asked if I could comeback. Ugh really only 1 person for setting up accounts? They must not want new customers?
