Terrible customer service. Left my card in the atm at this branch and called to see if I could get it back. Was told it was policy that if my card wasn't a usbank it was policy to shred it. I simply asked why and the person working talked to me like a five year old saying "I just said why". No, he didn't, he said it was policy and I wanted to know why it was policy. Quite honestly this employee sounded messed up or high, maybe just hung over. Being in cedarburg I'm going to guess he's a coke head. Avoid this bank.

Was treated terribly by employee over the phone. I left my card in the atm machine and he told me it was policy to shred cards that aren't us bank cards. I asked why and he was a complete prick about it. Honestly this gentleman sounded high or like he had a very long night. Should be fired, anyone with that much attitude about a simple question can't be a valuable employee. He could barely ask a question coherently.

I've been banking at US Bank, Cedarburg branch, for six years. I find the staff friendly and professional. I've compared services offered at other banks, and have not been tempted to go elsewhere.
