I DEALT WITH SARA CRUZ HERE IN RACINE AND THIS PLACE BURNED TROUGH A LOT OF MY TIME ON THE APPROVAL PROCESS TO KEEP FINDING OUT TIME AND TIME AGAIN I WAS APPROVED NOT APPROVED AND SO ON. I WAS TOLD GO FIND A HOUSE I WAS APPROVED AND AFTER TWO WEEKS THEY FOUND A REASON I MAY NOT BE. I NEVER MEET ANYONE IN PERSON HOWEVER SARA CRUZ SAID SHE WAS THERE TOP PERSON. UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO WASTE YOUR TIME, STAY AWAY.

My recent refinance was a very poor experience and I would not recommend Wisconsin Mortgage to anyone who values clear, consistent communication. The team burned through a lot of my timeline at the beginning of the process, which limited my options as I got closer to my due date. They also were consistently incorrect on important details and did not meet a single commitment they made to me as far as communications and follow up. Over the two months I worked with them, I heard a lot of excuses and saw very little action. We eventually got the refi done under the wire but the process was a lot more stressful than it needed to be and I had to put up way more cash than if I would have if I went with a more responsive and customer-focused mortgage services firm.
