An older woman who answered the phone was very rude. I had a missed call and when I called back she wasn't polite at all. I will either be going to the Madison Rd branch where they are polite or canceling my account and going elsewhere.

It has been a trying time getting return calls and getting bankers to work with me, respond to me as well as my local agencies. I have had to make calls, write letters, make follow up calls and they are still reluctant to get going. They need nudging to keep going. I started communicating and providing the paperwork in September 2015. It is March 2016. It is still not completed! Once sheet!

The drive thru can be confusing and you have the cross the street and go into a parking lot to use their atm.
