FIRST COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION in Beloit, WI

Horrible customer service by the so called "President" Jack. The tellers and other staff members have ALWAYS been friendly and helpful. Had always heard from around Beloit community that the "guy who runs this credit union is a jerk"....they are correct. He clearly has an ego....and is argumentative, not friendly, CLEARLY NOT helpful towards the First Community Credit Union customers who need assistance regarding there accounts. He, Jack- the so called President-shows no close personal service to the First Community Credit Members.....at all! ***On the other hand- RIGHT DOWN THE STREET.....is FIRST NATIONAL BANK &TRUST -345 GRAND AVENUE BELOIT , WISCONSIN, where Mr. Steve Eldred, the PRESIDENT of that Bank, is friendly, helpful, and far from arrogant the people of his community let alone his customers ...Mr. Steve Eldred, the President of FIRST NATIONAL BANK & TRUST, believes in the philosophy of being committed to HELPING his customers and close personal service WITH his customers-not against them like Jack, the so called president from First Community Credit Union of Beloit. So if your looking for a financial institution in Beloit Wisconsin, that not only values you as a customer but gives exemplary CUSTOMER SERVICE, without an ego from the President ...bring your business to FIRST NATIONAL BANK & TRUST -345 Grand Avenue or if you want a credit union ADVIA CREDIT UNION-1982 Cranston Road ....Your money matters and you deserve above and beyond customer service when your trusting in a financial institution.......you can't trust a jerk, so bank where you as the customer matters.

The customer service is very poor! The President of this bank himself does not know working hours of his departments and no one in this bank will address you by your first name even after years of banking with them. In my opinion if customers are being this affected I cannot imagine what the employees deal with. It does not shock me that they are always hiring!

ABSOLUTELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE TRYING TO GET SCAMMED, AND TREATED LIKE DIRT BENEATH THEIR FEET! I currently bank with First National, and am very happy of the switch, I am treated with courtesy, and whenever I have actual issues, they give me the time and patience to sort out any error on my end and theres, and actually work to come to a resolved ending. Period.
