Heights Finance Corporation in Appleton, WI

This place is a big joke. Last fall, my husband and I took out a small loan to purchase furniture and it just happened to be Heights. He lost his job shortly after and I broke my hand so I was out of work also and fell behind on my payments. Eventually I went back to work and they sued me. Now my checks are being garnished to the max by them and they don't even care that I can't afford to feed myself now. I called them and explained to them that they were ILLEGALLY GARNISHING ME because we qualified for Food Stamps and my spouse was still unemployed so we were below the federal poverty limit and they still don't care. STAY AWAY FROM HEIGHTS FINANCE. THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL WHAT THEY DO TO YOU. Jokes on them though because my bankruptcy will clear this.
