Credit Matters in Appleton, WI

Great experience, very understanding and professional. They gave me a month free which was great. I had complained about something they had no control over, but to appease me, they gave me a free month. Many items were deleted from my credit reports. Some credit reports results, especially Experian can be impossible to make heads or tails of. It was nice having someone on the phone to explain things. I have worked with Lexington Law in the past, I just preferred someone local. I wanted a personal touch. I know a lot about credit disputing, but frankly I don't have the time or patience to send out dispute after dispute myself so the money was well spent. The whole process can be draining and frustrating which is why I had them do it. Even though I know a lot, I know they know more than I do which is reassuring. I am still a customer.
