VERY UPSET. Man did this bank ever F me over. I only banked here for a MONTH! An app for banking is really important to me. I like being able to check in and see where my balance is sitting at and not having to drive all the way there to deposit a check or transfer money. Well I guess the app doesn't care to update what you're at right away because I was spending money that I thought I had in my account but turns out it wasn't updating my new total! The people at Associated Bank took that as a perfect opertunity to jump right on this 18 year old girl who's working to provide for herself and keep an appartment. And man did they ever nail me with fees, not even hearing me out. They basically took away one of my paychecks. Yes, I should be keeping an eye on what I'm spending... But I just saw money in my account so I thought I could buy stuff, you know? Associated could care less. Money hungry. A big F-U.

I have never had any problems with Associated Bank. They're the friendliest staff at this branch and any time I walk in they greet me by name and always ask how my son is doing. Personable. Next to no wait and always friendly.
