Worst bank I have ever been too, the person helpinh me was just rude, I went to.deposit money for a friend and they wouldn't let me without an account number instead of just looking it up like every other bank, never will I ever get a bank here and I advise you not to either

Charged me $7 to cash a check drawn on their bank. I cut out the middle man and went direct to source of funds. This should be lowest cost option. Why should my bank have to process their check. I will never voluntarily do business with US Bank.
