We have purchased a home before and were nervous knowing how involved the process is. From our first meeting with Tera, she put us at ease and things have gone much better than expected. We are no longer nervous about this process as she makes it understandable and as simple for the client as possible. We will certainly be contacting her again for any future business as she has changed our perception of how this process works. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Tera is great. Always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Also very honest and upfront about your situation. Sets realistic expectations and gives accurate estimates on what your numbers will be (down payment, mortgage payment, insurance payment, etc.) She even helped me a year later when I had escrow questions! Only realtor that I worked with that gladly answered my questions and helped me become a home owner. Highly recommended!
