Worst banking experiance. No alerts if you ever overdraft and they will keep racking up a bill every day your under. The person helping me was passive agresive which doesn't help. Big banks like these nickle and dime you to death. The best experiance was cancelling my account. My only regret was not doing it sooner. All this over a $6 overdraft which cost me $67. in the end. Do yourself a favor and run away.

Been with US Bank for years and was always pleased with their service. I spoke with Cameron and he set me up with a "Overdraft Protection Plan" I specifically asked him if there would be any hidden fees included. He informed me that was not the case. Now I can't even pay my bills because there was in fact a fee included. Thanks US Bank. I will warn everyone I know about your scam, and I will be sure to find a more honest bank...
