Were looking to purchase a second home. This Senior Mortgage Banker (MLO 112439) Andy Wright was referred to us by our iQ Credit Union in Vancouver, WA. We came to the appointment and brought all of our documentation to determine if we should apply or wait. First impression: with noticeable alcohol breath, he apologized for having a cold (in the middle of July). Throughout the appointment we learned that he likes to "party" with his "buddies" and drink beer. There was a beer bottle display in his office... (something tells me he is not the Beer Connoisseur type). With only spouse's permission, he ran our credit history and said it was in low 700s and it would be difficult for us to get a loan (when we looked at the results, they showed high 700's, low 800's - perfect scores). We have two homes in two different states, both of which at the time were converted to rentals. Out-of-state home did not have enough history for it to be considered as income, and was counted towards our debt (obviously we knew that). We understood that well before we came to the office and only wanted to get another opinion if we can afford to purchase a third house to take advantage of the market's low prices and interest rates. We talked about different types of loans that he can offer, neither one of which we liked and I personally remember telling him that we won't pursue this opportunity further since we did not like any of the terms. We simply wanted to either get our terms or (if not possible) walk away and wait for a few months to restart the process when we are ready. He insisted on trying to push us to apply for the loan anyway and said that there is a good chance that he will find something for us. BIG MISTAKE! Without an agreement on the amount, without discussing the rate and disagreement on the terms (one of which is mortgage interest - waste of my time) he ran our application and of course was not able to give us what we wanted. Therefore, wasted our time! The appointment felt like as if we were pushed through the doors to get our money, or to get at least a checkmark! We will not use this firm again. Sad underestimation and almost insulting to our intelligence! Towards the end of the appointment my spouse was referred to as my "buddy friend." Ignorant, narcissistic, in it for the money!

Lloyd White and his team are fantastic!! I had the best experience working with these guys...We were under a tight time frame...He got the loan closed and recorded in 12 days...again that was TWELVE DAYS!!!! I have no idea how they did it but they did. Thank you so much Lloyd and Aldeane!
