Been with OnPoint since 1978 and I've had occasion to visit most of the branches over the years. Recently, I paid my first visit to the Mill Plain branch in Vancouver and I won't go back. Honestly, the staff were almost robotic and definitely not friendly, aside from the "canned" pleasantries.

Another great Credit Union here in Clark County! A much better option than any Bank get on in here and open an account you'll be happy

Have been in to the Mill Plain location 3 times in the past couple months. The tellers have generally looked miserable or put out that they have to be there. One teller in particular is exceptionally slow on the uptake, and rude.
