I belong to a sister credit union and go into IQ to make my deposits. I went in recently to get change for a $20 bill and they would not make change for me because I am not a member there. I should be able to get change at any bank, and especially at a sister credit union. I sent them an email two days ago and they have not even responded. Very unprofessional and very bad customer service IQ! I will not be back.

Terrible service. Deposited wrong check in my account. Do not clear checks right away at open. Only first $200 available after ATM deposit.

Have been with IQCU for over a decade. Was looking to get a second auto loan with them, but found out they added a $5 annual fee to their credit card. I am all about supporting my local credit union, but finding out about a $5 fee through a letter in the mail, after they billed me the $5, is kind of rude. Closed the credit card, and will see about the auto rates before closing the checking. Have never had this type of problem with my "Big Bad Bank."
