HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! never have I been so disrespected. Just horrible.

A couple of the guys in here are civil. I wouldnt use the word freindly,butt there at least polite. There are a couple that are down right rude. One time I was so disrespected I wanted to tell the guy to get F*cked. If you dont like working around people,you should find another type of buseness. I was polite as I always am,and was treated like some bum on the street asking for change. They offered me $25 for a proffesional framming nailer and told me it was a knockoff and what a peice of crap it was. Im a pro and have been building homes for 20 years. They were uninformed as the nail gun I had would have been picked by a journeyman framer over anything they had hanging on there wall. $25 bucks they gave me after insulting the crap out of me. When I picked it back up,they had one just like mine for sale for $175. Retails for $235 at tools company that sells them. I understand they need to make a profit,butt come on double or trpiple your money,fine,whatever,butt dont tell me my stuff is garbage and then when its yours it turns into gold. They knew I was in a bind and took advantage and the guy behind the counter must have been mad at his wife and took it out on me? Lol stay clear of this place. They are like towtruck drivers,or repo men. Making a living of other peoples misfortune and getting there rocks of on kicking you when your down.

I've been doing business with Continental for a few years now and they are always willing to help me out with anything I need, I've done a lot of loans and always get what I need, they have worked with me in the past when I was a few days late on my payment and didn't change me some crazy late fee. I buy a lot of tools from Continental cause they always have a good selection of Snap-on, Mac, Matco, and many other brands and will give you a killer deal on them too, less then half the price of tool trucks. A lot of the tools look new or only been used a couple times. Any time I have loan needs or need tools/electronics I always check Continental first.

I came to this pawn shop looking for a specific tool I need for a project. the tag on the tool (saw)said it came with a case. I asked the young guy behind the counter if there were any blades in the case, he said I don't know. So I asked to please see the case, he asked if I was actually going to buy this tool in a pretty rude way, I said ya I might. He sighed deeply and just stared at me. I was so angry I told him to forget it and walked out. There was only two people in the entire store and he was just leaning on his counter doing nothing. I went to lowes and bought one brand new. This shop will never get a dime of my money again.
