Bank of America Financial Center in Vancouver, WA

Every time I go in there is always a huge line with one maybe two tellers. Moreover I use the merchant teller and I haven't been able to because they are always going to lunch or doubt mystery paperwork. Why advertise you hours of availability if you're never available?!!! I love us bank , they're merchant tellers are always available!!!

Both as a business owner and a normal customer this branch has hands down the worst customer service and is incredibly unorganized compared to every other bank or branch of bank of America that my company and myself have banked with.

Im very dissatisfied...What poor customer service they have.. We had a apt 9:30am in the morning..Adam called us to reschedule for 11am upon our arrival Adam had another customer at his desk..The worse part is the bank manager past it to Adam which still did not have the account ready for us he wanted to reschedule again ..What a Joke of a bank do not bank here it doesn't matter if you have a dollar or a million dollars ...Your not important enough to them!

They could use more representatives for the customers. Slow service.

If I could give them less than a one star I WOULD! This specific Bank of America has some of the worst customer service. The employees truly could care less and seem to be annoyed when you come in and ask for assistance or god forbid, “Do Their Job.” I came in today and asked if I could get a document notarized and have two new credit cards issued so the expiration date could be extended out. Was met by two mono thug male employees just inside the door, was told to go to the Bank of America downtown for the notary and to call the number on the back of the card to address the credit card question. Not a watt of energy was used in asking if I would like them to make that call and order the credit cards for me. Just nodded and walked off. The Bank of America downtown not only did the notary but did my credit cards on the spot without hesitation.. Took about 4 minutes of her time. This is truly one of the most useless banks in the Vancouver area!
