awesome friendly staff. set up a business account and the brunette short haired lady had such a calm friendly demeanor. everything is self service which is great but i would go to this location (out of the ones in the area) if i ever had a problem and had to speak with the tellers!

Did not have to wait more than 2 minutes to speak with a banker here. She was super nice, and in no time I was out the door. It's kind of rare to share a personal experience with a bank, but BECU tends to go in that direction. I don't believe I've ever had a bad experience, except maybe the wait in line at their main branch.

I just took out a loan and they look like a good bank and all, but everytime I make a payment on my loan I get robbed 100 dollars easy. Needless to say don't take out a loan from them, I plan on changing my loan to Navy so I can stop dealing with them.

Good bank and all, but their employees need more training.... I had one of the ladies transfer my money into my auto accounts/ credit card accounts and she did not put enough in the accounts. Thanks for the new 30 day past due hit on my credit.......
