Nice staff. They have sent us so much paperwork. Almost daily. Our credit score was sent multiple times to our home. Papers from their Mastercard with a change of address, both on the same date. The old address and new address. I brought in a cashiers check from Well Fargo Bank for $6,000.00. They put a 14 day hold on the check because I was a new customer and they wouldn't release the hold when I asked them to. Aren't cashiers checks the same as cash? Was I supposed to carry that much cash from one bank to another? They need to revise their overall experience. I'm leaving that bank!
