Thank you to the kind staff at this branch for being understanding of my son'a SPD/High functioning autism sensory meltdown today. We were unable to leave without resolving an error. Thanks for resolving the problem for us and accepting the stress.

7 people at the teller counter, 2 are busy, 5 watching me stand here not being helped.

This place kicks ass if a bank can kick ass. Everyone is like an extended family, they always want to just help you out, and I greeted from everyone there when use the Tacoma Mall Branch.

Long line and not enough tellers. Be ready to wait. Friendly clerks though.

My family and I recently came in to the Steele street branch here in Tacoma with some very important paperwork we needed notarized. The staff was absolutely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would personally like to thank staff member Mr. Robert H. Johnson. Although our situation was a bit complicated he remained very patient and kind throughout. I had to make several corrections to my paperwork which Mr. Johnson so graciously and meticulously helped us with. A notary elsewhere may have charged for this service, and possibly accepted our paperwork without corrections; however it may not have been acceptable to agencies that will require the paperwork going forward.
