Very unprofessional and rude. They seem to think they can do whatever they want, regardless of any payment plan you may have already set up with them (like suddenly deciding to withdraw the almost $300 you owe, even though you are making your weekly payments, causing a big Overdraft of over $200 in your bank account). Wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
