Excellent and punctual service. Wait times are busy right after business hours when everyone gets off work. Staff is warm and welcoming and are usually very attentive to customer needs. Would recommend to anyone for low hassle banking.

I really like this branch. I usually hop between here and the one on Bridgeport. Seems most people are here for the ATM. Which meant I got to slide in and talk to a banker asap and it was very smooth.

I am so upset with this company. They have been holding my check because I am a "new member". If you are in fact a new member, I suggest cashing your check and waiting to deposit until your 90 day period is over. The online convenience of opening an account is the only reason they have 2 stars and not 1.

Gary at the Tacoma branch is outstanding. The place was packed, the CSRs were backed up, but they kept us informed as to why and what wait time would be. Jennifer in the Seattle office gave great long distance service via phone and email. Getting our first HELOC was easy and painless. My credit score went down only 3 points as a result of the hard inquiry. We are new members, too.
