Wells Fargo Bank in Spokane, WA

Love it!!!

Every time my fiance or I have an issue we call and they always say they'll call us back but don't. Very unprofessional and rude. They always give us issues and excuses. Worst bank I've ever been to.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst bank EVER they never have enough people working and the few times I've had to go in they don't help me at all with what I need they tell me to wait for a banker or to come back! I opened this account because it is close to my home and employment at this rate I would drive across town to get better service. I couldn't even get a new debit card like they said I could because they didn't have any I will be changing services these people are so unorganized it's ridiculous!

Horrible customer service, makes me want to change banks dealing with this bank. I had an injury and was told by WellsFargo customer service I needed to give a representative a note authorizing a transaction with my card. I did this, the representative arrived at this bank off Monroe and was rudely told by the branch staff there was nothing they could do, I was transferred to the branch manager Mohamed Abdel-Halim who offered no solutions, was very rude and refused to find any ways for my family to withdraw money I needed after an injury today. If the customer service my family and I received is the representation of WellsFargo customer service it's no surprise to me that this bank is struggling. When people have unplanned injuries, they still have a right to access their money.
