We've had a good relationship for 20-25 years. We recently wanted to cash a guaranteed Corporate check from another Wa st credit union. We were told we'd have to wait. From the tellers to the manager, wouldn't budge on the delay so we closed one of our accounts and utilized another institution. We were told we had to limit the withdrawal. B. S. It wasn't that large a check.

Place is a scam. Gotta wait 3 days to get my money because YOU guys screwed up. To hell with your stupid policy's and generic, unfelt, apologies. I worked for that money. Not you. Not your C.E.O. I DID. SO I EXPECT IT TO BE THERE WHEN I NEED IT. I don't think that's to much to ask. It's become such a reoccurring issue that I'm considering legal action because of the damages that YOUR mistakes have caused. And all you can do is say "we're really sorry" your sorry? Then get my MONEY BACK TO ME WHEN I SAY.
