I work for dealership that generates many auto loans for STCU. It is almost christmas and I am faced with two options, pay my car payment and not have a christmas for my family. or defer one months payment and give my family the x-mas they deserve. I was informed that due to being one month shy of a year sincer the purchase of vehicle they would not be able to help me, My previous auto loan was through toyota financial and they never had a problem doing this for me. Very disappointed after all the good things I hear and all the good things I preach to my customers.
