Just had a manicure done! I called ahead and they were able to take me in right away! She was super friendly and did a fabulous job with my nails! I got a punch card and will definitely be coming back!

Attention to detail was on point. I have never had any nail estetition, clean underneath my acrylic nails. Clean the sides. They look awesome. I will continue going back

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The regular nail polish selections are very limited. They have 5 of the same purple and very few neutral shades. Most of them look like they are years old and are crusty and dry (the polish, not the people). Shellac has a better selection, so I was forced to upgrade without intending to do so in the first place. However, my shellac chipped in 2 different areas within 4 hours of leaving the nail salon. I've never experienced shellac chipping so quickly and so obviously. I went back the next day to have the 2 areas fixed, and the woman who was working grilled me about when I got them done and where. She ended up agreeing to fix it, but instead of removing all of the shellac on those nails and re-painting the couple nails, she painted the shellac just in the areas that were chipped. It quite obviously looks like a shoddy patch job. I was so stunned that I kept my mouth shut and left because I want nothing more to do with them.

Normally I don't complain, but with all the good reviews I was shocked after our appointment. My sister in law and I went in on a Saturday around 12 pm. They advertise walk ins but really shouldn't. We got seated right away but soon after other people came in who had appointments and they didn't have enough staff for everyone (only 3 working) so I felt ours was rushed to get the people with appointments seated. If they were booked already then we shouldn't have been given a seat. My sister wanted coffin shape with a color painted over, when she picked her color the gal said no that won't work and just did a French tip. Didn't even let my sister for back and choose another color. When she had the fan on to dry the top coat she got up without a word and went to work on other customers. My sister got a coffin French tip that had so many bubbles in it. Not a good job or Profesional. The gal I got however was better, I felt she was more professional in the sense of not being rude at any point. However I wanted a French fade and instead got some attempt at a fade. I showed pictures before she started of what I wanted and afterward I could easily see the white stop, it didn't blend. We started with the natural pink and she said it wasn't working so switches to the darker pink (didn't bother me) but now I have one hand with natural pink and the other with a dark pink. Underneath my nails had a bunch of glue and Polish that I had to clean up a lot at home. The whole process felt rushed and we didn't get what we asked for. If something can't be done then let me decide on what the next step would be, don't attempt something if you can't do it. And don't over book. If you have 5 people with appointments within the next half hour and only 3 people working the don't take walk ins!
