A great experience with Steve Duncan at Chimney Rock Mortgage. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything went very smooth with all of the paperwork and we were closed before we expected. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage lender.

Great experience with Mike Hogan at Chimney Rock. He worked really hard to get us the best rate and fees possible. Unlike other banks and credit unions I shopped, Mike really was our advocate, working hard to get us the best loan package possible. Mike is also clearly a professional finance guy. Other banks and CUs just take what the computer spits out. Mike was analyzing markets and advising us on a daily basis. He was also very reassuring and supportive, which was much appreciated when our entire financial history was laid out for everyone to see. Lastly, Mike's team handled the logistics perfectly. We had no delays or hiccups. For our first mortgage (with a different lender) there were all sorts of issues at the 11th hour. Everything went smoothly with CRM.

My loan was purchased by Amerihome mortgage from Mann Mortgage after I sent my first payment off. They still haven't gotten back to me or sent the payment over to Amerihome. -Follow up- Since this review has been placed a loan representative has called me from Heritage a subsidiary of Mann Mortgage. My check is still missing from any system of accountancy but they assured me the issue will be resolved, and that I will not be punished for their mistake. Upon fixing this issue I will change my review again to reflect the service I received. -Follow up 2- After prodding all parties involved I've finally recieved confirmation my payment was sent over from Mann Mortgage to Amerihome.
