I only own a few rentals and thought this would be a good local option. They only give a pass or fail and no detailed explanation. Example 1, on the credit report pass or fail no numbers like a 650. Example 2, I had a person under collections sounds bad right. However it was for a unpaid discrepancy on a phone bill for under 100. I ended up doing another report that I paid for so I could figure out why they didnt pass. I WONT USE THEM EVER AGAIN. Paying $50 to find out I didn't like their service, sucks.
