The people here are unprofessional and ignorant. While standing in line I witnessed a girl coming in for her shift that made unintelligible comments about hating her job, while another employee bragged behind the counter that her weekend was so great she forgot it. The employee who started to help us needed help from another employee to find the # sign on the keyboard and also wasn't familiar with policy and procedure. This place was awful and I'm never going back.

They helped me refinance my home, with a great rate on my 1st and second mortgage, an a second that I can use as a credit line. Their knowledge and experience is second to non...that with great customer service makes it a great place to bank and stop by for treats with the puppy!

Refused service to me for savings bonds which is legally required because I didn't have an account. Very frustrating and unhelpful.
