We checked rates online at several banks and got two good faith estimates from brokers, and West Seattle Mortgage was by far the best. Rob was able to beat the nearest competitor's rate by a full quarter point. We expected to pay higher fees for the lower rate, but the fees were significantly less as well. It seemed to good to be true, but our home just closed and everything went really smoothly. This was our third experience getting a mortgage and Rob was the most professional and responsive broker we've worked with. Lowest rate, lowest fees, and best service! We highly recommend him.
