My family had one intent, to use the VA Loan that I earned and build a home. We aren't the richest people, yet, we don't have to, especially since I have a steady income with the Marine Corps. However, his "automated system" kept referring us to use different loan types, not use the WSHFC programs available to help, and to even say that going to another lender will drastically lower my credit.
