If you are feeling scammed by this place, and they aren't being fair, or have the wrong person. Please report them to the attorney general. If they are not aware of this they can't help fix it. Considering all the negative reviews this might help.

Apparently there was a confusion with the shipment of my billing address with a healthcare office that shall go unnamed. Once it was resolved at the healthcare office, merchants pulled the paperwork like it never happened. Never processed it through my credit and never billed me the 30% or whatever it is they charge. Thank you!

I'm surprised this company even still exists. I've been trying to pay a debt with them for about six years, but they refuse to give me any info on where the debt is from or when I agreed to it. I figured at this point I could just wait for it to get removed from my credit report as it's the only credit I've been unable to verify, but then they sued me. I believe the charges they have are from surprise medical fees, I was told after a surgery that the PolyClinic had picked an anesthesiologist that wasn't in my network and I owed the full costs. They have now added about 1k in lawyer fees so they could add an illegal 13% interest to my account. I still am unable to contact them to even pay this, so it continues to climb. At this point I have no other options but to speak to my lawyer about how I can remove this illegal interest. This is way more work than it's worth though, especially since I was completely willing to pay the original costs if they could just confirm why I owed them.. I've never had this much trouble with a credit collector before.

I was sent to this collections agency for my first, and hopefully last, unpaid debt. Their job is an unpleasant one and I spoke with them twice before taking care of my situation. They were both very nice and helpful.

This company ran us around last summer for weeks about a hospital bill we didn't even know we owed. They then told me we wouldn't have to pay it once I provided them with tons of evidence that we couldn't afford it due to financial crisis at our business. Then, two days ago, they tricked my partner into giving them his credit card info over the phone. Am fighting them with all I'm worth. Scum bags.
