The bank staff has been extremely helpful in lining us up with accounts and programs that fit our needs and saved us a considerable amount of money. The staff (especially Maria) knows their business and are very customer service oriented.

I walked in to get some penny rolls for my kids to start a coin collection. Manager says must have an account with us. I say no problem I'll sign up, he says we don't want you to sign up just for penny rolls.. I say of course not, I can deposit money here also. He says with attitude, well if you sign up with us you will still need to wait 1 to 2 weeks for your rolls of pennies! He seemed to not like his job at all and takes it out on others. I feel bad for the employees, customers and anyone who has to deal with this guy.
