Stay far, far away from this company! We just had a deal fall through on our house because even though our buyer was pre-approved by this company, in the end (after this lender asked for multiple extensions on closing), they declined the loan. This situation is always a possibility and we knew that going into it, but they should have known WEEKS ago that it wasn't going to work. Instead they kept dragging us on and telling us that if we adjusted the purchase price just slightly then it would work, etc. We always had to reach out to them to get status updates and sometimes they wouldn't answer their phones or respond to emails for days. Go somewhere else to get a loan. If you're selling your house and a buyer comes to you with a pre-approval letter from this company, ask them to find a different company to work with or move on & find a different buyer.

Received a Phone call from "Mike Harrison" from Vetearns United Home LoansThe credit report given to me by them appears to be misrepresented and inaccurate they claimed bad trades on my wife's credit report when these debts were consolidated with U.S. bank and have been paying on these debts the past 9-12 months at 0 percent. I talked to the credit bureaus and the FTC asked not to have them access my wife or myself credit report anymore
