Horrible Customer service teller over the phone gave us misinformation regarding starting a new account. The Vice President/Branch Manager Theresa Portmann-Tillman is discriminative and has a attitude and treats everyone with the upmost disrespect and talks very loud about customers personal information and did not respect my privacy. Called the bank when I got home to report my customer experience to the bank she answered the phone and told us that's very unfortunate that that happened to you and hung up the phone on me. I've never had such a unpleasant banking experience in my lifetime. She should be unemployed or re-trained. I will not recommend anyone to this bank because of her actions. Three of my family members are going tuesday to remove there funds because of this experience. Lots of money withdrawn from this bank because of one employees ignorance.
