Ace Pawn $ Loan in Puyallup, WA

Worst service ever!!! I Left very unsatisfied and went to another pawn shop and got offered more for the same item. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to step foot in that place!!!

I been coming to this Pawn shop for years always love coming in and talking With them and seeing what they have! Always so clean! And everyone so friendly!

Need quick cash? Prices paid and fees seem to be what others charge. Staff is friendly. Store isn't a cluttered mess.

If I could give this "pawn shop" a lower score I would. I experienced possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Both employees didn't seem to want to even acknowledge the fact that I was even in the store. Unfortunately I live near this shop so I have multiple experiences here and they have all been the same. Low on money I came to get a loan on a brand new tiger pistol that I had purchased a couple weeks earlier for over six hundred dollars. I was offered just 75 dollars. Now I realize that it's a business but that's not even close to a fair price and all we are talking about here is a loan. If I didn't pick the item up they would have made 500+ dollars!!!!!! Another time I brought in a brand new dealt 20 volt lithium ion drill and impact combined set which retails at around 275. I was offered 15 dollars for it!!! Aside from all this the items they sell there are basically retail price and that's for used items! Some things I've even found are cheaper to buy new at an actual store than to purchase from ace pawn and loan. Honestly I would not be surprised to hear that this shop is actually a front for an illegal business because at the prices they set and offer there is no possible way they make enough money to keep the doors open. So to whom it may concern TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ANYWHERE ElSE!!! Don't support these crooks!!
