I don't mind them. They're a good credit union for simple things. However, they're online component is atrocious. I have tried multiple times to sign up for it, and it simply will not let me. There is no help page for after hours, so it is very frustrating to deal with.

They are the best credit union I've ever used. I left Wells Fargo and changed to P1FCU, and I'm glad I don't get slapped with ridiculous fees or have to "play games" just to bank with them. I've gotten two loans through them too and the process was smooth.
