I absolutely love working at First Federal. This is the best organization that I have ever worked for. They truly care for each one of us, which extends to our customers. It really makes going to work every day a great experience, and something I really look forward to every day. I love what we do for our community and the compassion we have for everyone. I've been a customer to many places in my life and I've never seen a company be this pleasant to visit. If you haven't visited your local First Federal, you should stop by and see what it is like. Especially the first Friday of each month, when we have free cookies for customers ;)
