Everyone who has ever helped me here has offered a lot of info and had been cheery. I haven't lived in Kitsap for awhile and i still bank with them.

Just had the worst experience. They talked down to me when I asked simple questions. I CANNOT believe how I was treated.

This bank continuously charged overdraft fees on my account after telling them 'if there isnt enough money in the account, stop the transactions.' After my account was almost 200 dollars in the negative, the bank decided to take money from any account i was associated with, no questions or notice before they took money. They ended up taking money from the only account i was associated with, which was my 8 year old daughters saving account. Daughters account was wiped out without notice and my account was/is still in the negative. Soon as i get paid, bringing my account out of the negative, then im taking my banking business elsewhere. HOPE THE BANK LIKES COUNTING. Gonna do it all in pennies.
