Bank of America Financial Center in Port Orchard, WA

I've banked with B of A since the 80's, when they were Seafirst, and I would have to say that the Port Orchard Branch has to be the worst for customer service. Why can't B o f A deposit/cash my daughters paycheck, which is drafted on a B of A check???? She has a B of A check/sav. account, and is hassled every time she needs a REAL LIVE person to assist her with a banking transaction, with her ID. So Why can't she cash or deposit her money. To deposit there's a FEE to HAVE a TELLER...complete the transaction instead of a machine.... ARE TELLERS obsolete? Customers should not be charged AT THEIR BANK to process THEIR money, with human interaction. HELLO human interaction is a TELLER!

I have had great customer service at this location. Including meeting with management. They were not my first choice when they made changes to charge customers for actually speaking to a live person amongst other charges that I felt should be free. They have made great strides focusing on customer service after reversing some bad decisions made in the past!

Had a positive experience my first time going to this branch. They were professional and helpful to us and helped us get the information we needed to changed. However, there is no one to greet you when you walk in, so trying to figure out if someone can help you is awkward. You just sit there till someome finally walks up and asks what you need. Overall they have been a good bank for us.
