Wish I could give less then one star don't use twinstar they don't do anything to help there customers where they mess up.

Absolutely the worse bank I have ever dealt with. After they lost my deposited checks, they were not remorseful at all. 45 days later, the money finally showed up. I closed my account. Finally happy to be rid of this idiocy of a bank, I am now getting harassing phone calls about someone else's debt that is supposedly know!!!?? News flash idiots, that is illegal. I am completely beside myself at how awful you all are but still deal with the public and their money. I have done nothing to you people, yet you continue to ruin my day. I would be the happiest human being ever if you would LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!!!!

I generally feel like I'm bothering the staff every time I go in. I never feel welcome and I never feel good. The only reason we still bank with TwinStar at all is because we have one account that we can't transfer yet.

West Oly Twin Star staff has proven time and again to be one of the most helpful and friendly! Most recently with an insurance check settlement issue...the staff advised and helped to resolve with the insurance company and banks! I would personally like to THANK THE STAFF for their kind, friendly attitudes! It's what makes me continue to be a fan of West Olympia TSCU!

We really love to TwinStar but the compliance manager at this branch has made it difficult for us with depositing checks. Every other branch we worked with has been flexible and helpful but my experience here has been totally different. So much so that I've begun exploring other options for my banking.
