Terrible experience. Bank denied application for small business checking account for a veteran owned business. Refused to work with our business and was extremely rude when we spoke with them about our circumstances. Told us that unless we fire a part owner, we cannot open the account, even though he was not a signer on the account. Small business owner beware!!!

Horrible service. There mistake cost me $1200. And the repossessed my vehicle. On there mistake. And there solution after never missing any payments never late was, your lucky your getting the car back without paying the full note on the car! Wow. Just wow. Re writing the loan to a bank that deserves my money. Ridiculous.
