They have a large selection. The staff is pleasant, but very busy, that's why some people may get the impression they aren't friendly, it appears they want to take care of everyone in a timely fashion, so they move right along. They have a good return policy for electronics 7 or 14 days I think.

I Moved To Olympia From Seattle Few Months Back & I was in a bind since my Payday Was Not For That next Week & So I Took My Flatscreen T.V In For A Loan & I was so happy with the employees & How nice they are & gave me A Bigger Loan Then I Was thinking I could Get & they really Helped Out! I Can Say In Seattle Its Not As Good ( The Experience I Have Had With Getting A Loan) So I Will Always Use Pawn X~Change When Or If I Ever Need A Loan! Thank you Guys!!
