Olympia Credit Union in Olympia, WA

I kept putting off home improvements. Oly Cu never pushed me. But they kept reminding me "is your house okay?" I live in a travel trailer but Oly Cu didnt shame me for that. They treated my trailer like my home, which is what it is. Thank You OlY CU. I have been a member since 1997.

I've been a member of OCU since 2008, and the service has been consistently outstanding! It is so refreshing to walk into a branch where the tellers always seem happy and they know you by name. I'm the type of person who is typically on-the-go, and the few times when I've had any financial requests, I've been able to work with Carrie at the Olympia branch and she never ceases to impress me with her amazing and speedy service. With my busy schedule, I appreciate the fact that she has always been able to work with me over email and I always feel like she understands what I need and is able to deliver with turnaround times that can't be beat. The last time I needed a loan, she was able to approve me in less than 20 minutes, and the paperwork was ready to sign just as soon as I could drive over there. I would highly recommend Olympia Credit Union to anyone who believes in banking local and appreciates personal service!

I've been using this credit union as my primary account for almost 2 years. The service is always amazing. It seems like no matter how big a problem I have, the tellers always have a positive and helpful attitude. I don't think I've been charged a single fee for anything in the entire time I've held this account. Even though I live over an hour away in Seattle, I will never let go of my account or use any other bank as my primary account because through shared branching and their excellent service I won't ever feel the need to change! Thank you guys so much for making my life easier!
