BECU really need to close all of those banking centers that don't have teller services, what you expecting people going there everyday to open up new accounts? Are you kidding me! Once the banker in there found out that you are not there for new accounts, they kick you out.

The manager herself is supper rude! I just come in for the first time and she already gave a bad experience.... Never go there again

Kelly McCormick at the Mill Creek BECU just helped me with some routine stuff for fraudulent charges, but also managed to identify and fix a bunch of weird little details that weren't correct and I had no idea. One problem was preventing me from earning as much interest as I should in my checking account! Super pleasant, productive, and reassuring experience. I still love BECU after 12 years of banking here.

This BECU is well staffed with very helpful employees. They are knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. I've never had a problem with this branch since it opened. Wait times for walk in appointments are very reasonable.
