Busy location but the girls who work here know what there doing and are a great help.

Busy location, friendly staff, helpful. The sign in machine is poor, really preferred it before when you just write your name.

The staff there are good at what they do and helpful. However, the ones at corporate have no clue and don't seem to care about quality customer service. I find myself frequently having to explain to them how to do their job when dealing with the business and loan department (As an investor I do multiple loans a year) and I find myself lucky to get a return call or email. Unfortunately because they offer such great rates, they are a necessary evil.
